34 Years old, father of five. I started this blog as motivation to change my life. My body has taken care of me through bad accidents, hard times and countless mishaps. Now it is time for me to take care of my body.
It's not just my health though. I may have the worst credit report in history. My weight is obserd and my financial situation stinks.
I intend on changing EVERY element of my life that is not the way I want it to be, and hopefully inspire others to do the same!
